Hello Sunshine Travels is seeking motivated, organized individuals for a Remote Travel Coordinator / Vacation Planner role. You will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

This is a remote, contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow your independent travel business and build lasting client relationships.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Organized with good attention to detail.
• Willing to complete training and continue learning about the travel industry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.
• Prepare and present travel quotes and itinerary options.
• Book travel arrangements through approved travel suppliers and booking platforms.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after the booking process.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation information.
• Process and monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.
• Participate in available training and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Market and grow your independent travel business.
