Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a TMF Specialist III for home-based work in Mexico. You will manage Trial Master File documentation in line with client requirements and ICON procedures, ensuring quality and timely deliverables across the trial lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and maintain essential regulatory documents for submissions, perform quality checks, and support stakeholders on TMF matters. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical research or document management.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel ~5%.

Responsibilities

• Manage TMF documentation per client requirements and ICON procedures.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of TMF docs throughout trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory submissions.
• Conduct quality checks and audits of TMF documents.
• Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on TMF matters.
