BairesDev is seeking an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join the R&D team. The role focuses on leading infrastructure migration to IaC, building monitoring systems, and completing the move to CI/CD across the organization.
Candidates should bring 7+ years in DevOps, strong cloud and microservices experience, and a solid background in testing, design patterns, and automation. 100% remote; USD compensation and flexible work arrangements offered.
Formación
- Must have strong experience in DevOps leadership and IaC
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID/Clean code practices
Responsabilidades
- Lead the infrastructure migration to IaC and manage DevOps teams
- Build and deploy monitoring and alerting across the platform
- Oversee CI/CD implementation and migration to automated deployment
- Coordinate integrations with third-party services (payments, analytics, etc.)
- Drive InfoSec compliance and enforce security standards
