Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Tech Lead Data Engineer & Data Architect to shape the technical direction of our core Data Analytics platform. This hands-on leadership role balances architecture decisions with delivery across Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, and Sigma.

You will mentor Analytical Engineers, drive DataOps/CI-CD, optimize performance and costs, and lead AI-readiness initiatives to enable reliable AI agents and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on experience as Data Engineer, Architect, or Tech Lead.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python for data pipelines and MLOps.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor in a distributed remote team.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction and governance of the data platform.
• Own logical/physical data modeling and warehouse design.
• Lead end-to-end data pipelines and DataOps/CD.
• Drive AI-readiness initiatives and semantic modeling.
