is seeking a motivated Recruitment Lead to establish and run our talent acquisition function as a fully remote role. You will design the strategy, select tools, build processes, and lead the hiring across all levels to support rapid growth and cultural alignment. As a remote-first leader, you will manage virtual teams, drive metrics, partner with executives, and scale a world-class recruiting capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Experience building scalable recruitment functions in startups.
• Proficient with remote recruitment strategies and distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• Establish and refine remote recruitment processes, policies, and best practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open roles.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using innovative sourcing.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Select and manage recruitment technologies (ATS, HRIS).
• Track key metrics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
• Mentor HR team members on recruitment best practices.
