Job summary

Mondelēz México is seeking a Supply Planner responsible for finite scheduling of SKUs on manufacturing assets. You will collaborate with a supply planner to execute the master plan, make weekly adjustments, and ensure timely production while communicating line performance and staffing assumptions to the supply planner.

You will maintain master data, convert weekly orders into detailed scheduling, and run weekly scheduling meetings with product supply to optimize the plant schedule.

Qualifications

• Materials, supply chain, finite scheduling, warehousing experience in manufacturing.
• Able to work on key priorities and improving the plan.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills and able to interpret data.
• Team player who can work with other functions daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data to ensure accurate information for the blackout calendar and production parameters.
• Translate weekly supply planning into production planning and scheduling orders.
• Hold weekly scheduling meetings to adjust the plant’s production schedule.
• Coordinate with labor, material, and operations inputs to support the schedule; hold internal scheduling meetings.
• Sequence planning and scheduling within the finite window for deployment.
• Create and close process orders for weekly production and adjust daily as needed.
• Ensure plans align with current week process orders.
