Job summary

Insense, a remote-first influencer marketing platform, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding campaigns from onboarding to delivery and ensuring client success across campaigns.

You'll collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, and Paid Media Specialists in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. This full-time, remote role requires EST hours and LATAM contractor alignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or client success roles in marketing.
• Experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
• Strong project management and multi-campaign coordination.
• Excellent client communication and relationship building.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client contact from onboarding to delivery.
• Build trust-based relationships and understand client objectives.
• Address concerns, resolve challenges, and drive satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and help scale influencer programs.
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Guide brands on ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social.
