Job summary

Venon Solutions LLC is seeking a talented Solution Architect for Corporate Functions, based in Mexico. You will articulate current and desired business architecture, processes, capabilities, and data assets across HR and Legal to deliver value and data-driven decisions.

The role requires 10+ years of IT application solution experience, strong English, and the ability to lead enterprise-level designs. Visa sponsorship is not available; remote work is offered; six-month contract with extension

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (B2/C1) is a Must.
• 10+ years IT application solution experience with PM or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Ability to lead enterprise IT designs and processes for enterprise IT applications.
• Experience communicating IT vision to IT and Business Leaders.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve business capability models for HR and Legal functions aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, opportunities, and investment priorities.
• Develop future-state capability roadmaps that support growth and digital transformation.
• Promote capability-based planning to ensure technology investments deliver business value.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Design and maintain end-to-end business process architectures across HR and Legal value streams.
• Drive process transformation to improve employee experience and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable operating models.
• Define architecture principles, solution designs, and roadmaps for HR and Legal platforms.
• Lead integration designs and governance across enterprise applications.
