Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will train AI systems to think like developers, write, review, and refine code across multiple languages, and provide expert feedback.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours and the chance to impact real-world AI coding assistants. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with independence, strong problem-solving, and clear communication.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Clear written communicator; explain technical decisions in plain language.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining code outcomes.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, on your own schedule.
