Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Cancún to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You’ll help train AI systems to think like developers by reviewing code across Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, and TypeScript.

The role is hourly, remote, and requires independent work with a focus on quality and clarity. You'll collaborate asynchronously, design challenging prompts, and provide structured feedback on AI outputs.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed above.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent reading, writing, and reasoning about code with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide detailed feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
