Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Toluca for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will build and assess AI-generated code, write clean solutions, and provide expert feedback to improve AI coding assistants. The work is hands-on, autonomous, and flexible, with 10–40 hours per week.

You’ll review AI outputs, identify bugs and performance issues, and help shape how AI codes and reasons about software. Strong communication and multiple language skills are valued.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages and data structures.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
