Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to help build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. The role focuses on shaping how AI systems understand and generate software, with hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week). You will write code, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

Qualificações

• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously, on your own schedule.
