Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate reliable production infrastructure for blockchain and backend systems. The role combines Kubernetes and cloud expertise with blockchain RPC and Go development to strengthen reliability and operational performance.

You will improve observability, incident readiness, and automation of workflows to reduce manual effort and deepen system resilience across global, remote environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure in production.
• Knowledge of blockchain RPC architecture in production or operational contexts.
• Production Go and backend engineering practices are used in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate reliable Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for production blockchain and backend workloads.
• Improve reliability and operational resilience of blockchain RPC and node infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain production Go and backend systems that underpin reliable infrastructure operations.
• Strengthen observability and reliability practices across production services and infrastructure.
• Improve incident readiness and operational response for production systems.
• Automate operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve infrastructure reliability.
