We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Workday Test Lead:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of day-to-day testing activities.
• Develop and evolve testing standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Understand business requirements and apply appropriate testing approaches to validate them.
• Coordinate with vendors and business units to:
• Develop test scripts.
• Plan test efforts.
• Identify resource needs.
• Develop and manage test plans and schedules.
• Train and coach team members on testing procedures and tools.
• Ensure comprehensive testing coverage across Core HCM, Core Compensation, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and report on key quality metrics.
• Communicate testing issues and resolutions to business stakeholders in non-technical terms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Testing Lead, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proven experience developing and validating testing packs during project onboarding.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors for test execution and defect resolution.
• Experience developing and executing rollout plans.
• Expertise in implementing Automated Test frameworks for Workday.
• Demonstrated ROI from test automation by reducing manual testing needs.
• Experience implementing holistic test strategies across large-scale programs.
• Expert knowledge of the following Workday modules:
• Core HCM
• Core Compensation
• Payroll

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
