Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a senior Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy and execution for education-focused clients. You will own multi-channel campaigns, drive inquiries, applications, and enrollments, and partner with analytics, creative, and account teams to optimize performance.

The role rewards strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and impactful campaigns in a remote, fast-paced agency setting. Strong English communication and experience with high-budget campaigns are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Paid Media experience across performance campaigns.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display and programmatic.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month preferred).
• Proven success developing multi-channel campaigns focused on lead gen and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting performance and strategy to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management across multiple accounts.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in agency environments or fast-paced marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, Streaming).
• Own campaign performance for assigned accounts aligned to inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Monitor performance and provide reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams for smooth execution and strong performance.
• Stay updated on Paid Media trends, platform updates, and higher education marketing innovations.
