Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Sr. Test Engineer based in Mexico. This senior QA role focuses on the quality, reliability, and performance of applications in Agile and Scrum environments.

You will own testing activities from test case creation to defect management, with opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation while collaborating with multiple Scrum teams.

Formación

• Five+ years of experience in Scrum and Agile environments.
• Experience across full software testing lifecycle.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into testing scenarios and quality criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure applications meet requirements.
• Create, review, and execute comprehensive test cases for new and modified systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into testing scenarios and criteria.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution with validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams in Agile environments.
• Support multiple teams while maintaining testing standards.
• Apply testing procedures and change-control standards throughout development lifecycle.
• Participate in peer code reviews and uphold quality standards.
• Provide insights to improve testing processes and coverage, and identify automation opportunities.
