Tech Mahindra in Mexico is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong SDET background to design, develop, and implement automated tests for complex software. You will collaborate with developers to understand architecture and define testing requirements.

The role emphasizes building robust automation frameworks, code reviews, CI/CD integration, and mentoring junior team members while staying current with test automation trends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality software products.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify testing requirements.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices in test automation.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior QA team members in automation best practices and SDET principles.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and software quality assurance.
