Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Card Issuing) to lead a high-stakes migration of live card programs between issuing platforms. You will own the end-to-end migration workstream, document current-state configurations, and define the target operating model and migration roadmap.

The role requires deep card issuing expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and hands-on product delivery across global teams, regulators, and payment schemes.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management with card payments.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing, BIN sponsorship, and card lifecycle management.
• Experience migrating card platforms or processors with live card programs.
• Strong understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement flows, and issuing config implications.
• Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard rules, certification, BIN registration, and licensing.
• Exposure to network tokenization/digital wallets and migration impacts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the migration workstream for moving live card programs to a target platform.
• Document current-state configurations and define equivalent target-state configurations.
• Lead capability and gap analyses to determine replication, simplification, or redesign.
• Coordinate with BIN sponsors, schemes, processors on sponsorship, licensing, and approvals.
• Define the migration strategy, including phasing, segmentation, and decisions on reissuance and tokens.
• Own customer communications and cardholder impact strategy to minimize disruption.
• Build a prioritized backlog with clear requirements, dependencies, and success criteria.
