NOVACARD in Mexico is redefining credit with the first interest-free, no-annual-fee card. We are seeking a strong Lead Product Manager to own strategy, P&L, customer experience, and the technical roadmap for multi-segment credit cards including Credit Builder and various fee structures.

You will drive the product ladder, profitability, and risk-aware growth in collaboration with our local and HQ teams. Relocation support is available for top candidates.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing credit cards or unsecured lending end-to-end, including strategy and profitability.
• Strong ability to model profitability and unit economics for portfolios.
• Experience partnering with IT, Risk, Finance and operations.
• Excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve multi-segment credit card lineup with clear ladder and migration rules.
• Design pricing mechanics including fees, interest, grace periods and minimum payments.
• Own P&L and unit economics, optimizing funnels from acquisition to usage.
• Collaborate with Risk on segmentation, limits, pricing, and vintage analysis.
• Oversee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and cross-sell with a digital-first approach.
• Lead roadmap prioritization with clear trade-offs and measurable impact.
• Establish KPIs, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide technical leadership by understanding billing, fee calculations, and card processing.
