The Adecco Group seeks an experienced network engineer to design, deploy and optimize complex Cisco/Juniper/Arista networks. You will implement automation with Ansible and NSX, manage VMware-based networking, and ensure secure, scalable connectivity across data centers and campuses.

Applicants should have 10+ years in network engineering, cloud networking familiarity, and SDN/NFV knowledge. Home office 100% remote, with standard Workday schedule and long-term project stability.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
• Proficiency in Juniper and Arista products.
• Experience with VMware and network automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Solid understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
• Knowledge of SDN and NFV technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

Mansioni

• Network Design & Implementation: Design and deploy Cisco access and distribution switches, core routers and ASR series.
• Automation & Orchestration: Utilize Arista devices and integrate with Ansible and NSX.
• VMware: Implement VXLAN and NSX over ACI fabric.
• Wireless Networking: Configure and manage WLCs and APs.
• Routing Protocols: Manage BGP, OSPF, RIP and related protocols.
• Network Security: Implement ASA and Check Point solutions for security.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose issues and provide guidance to IT teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain diagrams and reports on performance and incidents.
