BairesDev is seeking a Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native systems and platform infrastructure. You will serve as a key technical contributor, ensuring containerized environments are scalable, reliable, and optimized for advanced workloads.

You will design Go-based services and CRDs, optimize networking and storage, and architect deployments for retrieval-augmented generation workloads.

Formación

• 5+ years of Software Engineering or Systems Development experience.
• Strong Golang and Kubernetes expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes CRDs and controllers.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking plugins (CNI) and storage interfaces (CSI).
• Familiarity with designing and deploying RAG architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Kubernetes controllers and operators to automate complex workflows.
• Develop Go-based system and microservices for cloud-native environments.
• Configure and optimize cluster networking, storage interfaces, and CSI.
• Architect and deploy infrastructure to support retrieval-augmented generation workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and delivery pipelines.
