BairesDev is hiring a Lead Security Engineer (Kubernetes) to direct security architecture for our containerized cloud platforms. You will guide engineering teams toward secure infra designs and drive compliance across multi-cluster environments.

You will leverage Kubernetes security expertise, IaC with Terraform/Helm, and AWS/EKS experience to lead security initiatives, mentor engineers, and enable continuous deployment security within a 100% remote role.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Cloud Security, or related field.
• Proven Kubernetes security expertise and IaC using Terraform or Helm.
• Strong experience with AWS, EKS, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience leading security architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the security accreditation architecture and define direction for secure cloud environments.
• Design and maintain security controls for container orchestration and infrastructure code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on security practices.
• Drive cross‑functional compliance and governance to meet standards.
• Automate security verification and integration in deployment lifecycle for continuous compliance.
