Job Title: Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary: $4,000 – 6,000 USD/month (depending on experience) paid via Deel

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Job Overview:

Our client is a healthcare technology startup focused on transforming how skilled nursing facilities manage the Medicaid application process. Their mission is to eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional spreadsheet-based workflows by providing a streamlined, automated software solution that simplifies eligibility verification, task management, and process tracking.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their agile, fast-moving team. This role is crucial to driving the continued growth of their platform and delivering seamless, high-quality features across the stack. You’ll have a direct impact on our product and customers while working closely with a small, motivated team that values speed, autonomy, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable features on both the front-end and back-end.
• Work closely with the team to identify and implement efficient, user-focused solutions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of the product.
• Own and manage full-stack projects from concept to deployment.
• Regularly use AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance development speed and accuracy.
• Participate in fast-paced, iterative development cycles with frequent deployments.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Express.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
• Strong commitment to testing, code quality, and maintainability.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in healthcare tech or workflow-focused products.
• Experience working in small, agile teams or startups.
