Trolley is a remote-first team seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to own the content engine for Moj Mahdara and her brands. This hands-on role creates social-first content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, Substack) and plans influencer campaigns, turning conversations into publishable posts.

You’ll write in Moj’s voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions, manage the content calendar in Notion, and guide designers and video editors while tracking what performs.

Formación

• 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, ideally with talent/creators in beauty, lifestyle or entertainment.
• Proven ability to produce short-form content that performs and to write in a distinct voice.
• Fluent English writing, capable of adapting voice for different platforms.
• Comfort with AI tools and daily integration into creative work.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Notion, Canva or Figma.

Responsabilidades

• Create short-form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, clips, finished posts.
• Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns from shortlist to launch.
• Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions.
• Turn podcasts and events into native content for each platform.
• Own the content calendar in Notion and coordinate designers/video editors.
• Track performance, spot trends and adjust content strategy.
