Job summary

ICON plc is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of complex trials across US sites, with involvement in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Chile. The role focuses on study start-up, enrollment, budget oversight and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a Clinical Trial Management role at a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field.
• At least 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.
• Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience.
• Experience with complex protocols (e.g., MASH/NASH, radiopharmaceuticals) and global trials.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial management delivery and issue resolution.
• Oversee budget portion of clinical trials for efficient resource allocation.
• Develop monitoring plans and tools for effective study oversight.
• Train and mentor CRAs to optimize performance.
• Lead study start-up and enrollment, adhering to timelines.
• Foster relationships with sponsors, vendors and cross-functional teams.
