Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions, a sponsor-dedicated global CRO, is seeking a Senior Clinical System Designer for a remote role based in Mexico. You will design and implement advanced clinical systems to enhance trial design and execution, leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality metrics.

You will collaborate with study teams to identify system enhancements, oversee configuration and testing, and guide the adoption of new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in the design and implementation of clinical systems within the clinical research industry.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in clinical data management systems and software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of clinical systems, ensuring alignment with study protocols and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and innovations in clinical trial processes.
• Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Provide strategic guidance on the implementation of new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in clinical technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate in-depth functional knowledge of CRF design tools and two or more clinical data management systems, with experience in system administration.
