BairesDev is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to model raw data into curated Snowflake layers powering analytics and AI-driven experiences. You will implement dimensional modeling, dbt practices, and a semantic layer to support data used across teams.
The role focuses on GTM and CRM data, with strong SQL and English proficiency. This is 100% remote with flexible hours and global collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in analytics engineering with dbt and Snowflake.
- Expert SQL skills and dimensional modeling experience.
- Hands-on with medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Knowledge of semantic layer and metric definitions.
- Experience modeling GTM/CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, logs).
- English proficiency at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.
- Design star schemas and conformed dimensions.
- Structure data across Bronze to Gold layers.
- Extend semantic layer definitions and metrics.
- Model transcripts/unstructured text for analytics.
- Apply dbt testing, validation, and documentation.
