Job summary

BPX is seeking a Project Coordinator for an international RGM integration programme. The role focuses on coordinating interfaces between the RGM platform, SAP, and surrounding systems.

You will operate in a hands-on capacity, not a pure PMO, coordinating interfaces, testing, defects, and cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT project coordination, practical SAP integration experience, and English/Spanish bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Project Coordinator/PMO in IT projects.
• Experience coordinating interfaces and dependencies between systems.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration environments.
• Knowledge of IDoc, APIs and middleware concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration workstream and ensure collaboration across teams.
• Maintain interface register and integration dependencies.
• Track actions, owners, deadlines, and open topics.
• Coordinate SAP, RGM and other technical teams.
• Support SIT/UAT planning and coordination.
• Track defects and coordinate their resolution.
• Monitor backlog and project dependencies; prepare status updates.
