Job summary

BPX is seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote, international FMCG RGM integration project. You will join an established team coordinating interfaces, dependencies and testing between SAP, RGM and related systems.

The role requires hands-on coordination rather than pure PMO activities, with emphasis on defects, SIT/UAT, and cross-team communication in an English-language, distributed-environment setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT projects as Project Coordinator, PMO or junior PM.
• Experience coordinating interfaces and dependencies between systems (integrations).
• Good understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the integration workstream and ensure collaboration across business, functional and technical teams.
• Maintain and coordinate the interface register and integration dependencies.
• Track actions, owners, deadlines and open topics across teams.
• Coordinate activities between SAP, RGM and other technical teams.
• Support SIT and UAT planning and coordination.
• Track defects and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Monitor the integration backlog and project dependencies.
• Prepare status updates and highlight risks, blockers and delays.
• Support effective communication across distributed, multi-vendor project environment.
