Job summary

Hubclub Go is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will optimize and support SAP HCM, focusing on Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration, aligning HR processes with business needs.

You will handle master data, org structures, and payroll integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable HR solutions across implementation, support, and upgrade projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.
• Understanding of PA actions, master data, and org structures.
• Experience configuring HCM Time Management and quota processing.
• Familiar with payroll-related integrations in SAP HCM PA/TM.
• Experience in SAP HCM implementations, support, or upgrades.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA modules.
• Analyze processes, gather requirements, and design effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Manage employee master data and organizational structures.
• Configure time management functions including schedules and attendance.
• Support payroll-related integrations and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate needs into configurations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions.
• Prepare functional specs and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Contribute to SAP HCM implementations, supports, and upgrades.
