RED Global is seeking experienced Costing Analysts / SAP CO Consultants to support a Cost Center Planning and financial process improvement initiative across three manufacturing plants in Mexico. You will work directly with plant controllers and finance teams to analyze cost center transactions, postings, and cost allocations, delivering accurate costing insights and process enhancements.

This role requires strong SAP CO experience and fluency in English, with Spanish preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on SAP CO experience, including Cost Center Accounting in ECC.
• Experience analyzing postings, cost allocations, reconciliations and corrections.
• Knowledge of Product Costing and Material Ledger strongly preferred.
• Able to work with plant finance teams, not only IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; independent.
• English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with plant controllers and finance teams to analyze cost center transactions, cost elements, and actual postings.
• Identify incorrect or questionable postings and recommend corrections, reallocations, and adjustments.
• Support Cost Center Planning activities and help improve the accuracy of manufacturing and product costs.
• Analyze cost allocations, overhead absorption, and other plant-level costing activities.
• Support alignment of Cost Center Planning with Material Ledger and Product Costing processes.
• Assist with process improvements, testing, stabilization, and hypercare activities.
• Develop process documentation and training materials and provide hands-on training to plant finance teams.
