OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer for a fully remote role. You will manage Salesforce data, configure CRM processes, and support RevOps with dashboards and reporting. The role demands strong Salesforce expertise, data handling, and the ability to work within structured processes.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel/Sheets, capable of handling large datasets, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining data integrity across Salesforce.

Formación

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to document workflows clearly and follow structured processes.

Responsabilidades

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Identify and resolve duplicates, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
• Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline information.
• Support CRM consolidation, migration, and data cleanup initiatives.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Implement and maintain CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Support revenue and GTM operational processes, including reporting and forecasts.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes.
