The Remote Sales Representative drives revenue growth by proactively generating leads through inbound and outbound outreach, managing assigned territories, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Leverage deep product knowledge to present tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and achieving sales targets. This role involves maintaining accurate CRM documentation, collaborating cross-functionally with field sales, marketing, and logistics teams, and fostering long-term customer loyalty through trust-based engagement. This position will be remote located in Mexico.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Territory management: Effectively manage assigned sales territories remotely, identify potential opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize sales

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions

  • Sales Target Achievement: Remotely sell Medtronic's products and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accounts in predefined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals

  • Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products

  • Sales reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and other documentation in the CRM software

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, among others

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Intermediate English level

  • Three years of experience supporting Lead Generation, Territory management, sales and marketing processes

  • Knowledge with MS Office

  • Strong telephone presence (communication and etiquette) with ability to managenumerousdaily calls

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote sales environment
