Executive Search Recruiter - Remote from Mexico

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll become a trusted talent advisor that connects top-tier candidates with companies in need through:

  • U.S. based clients and candidate relationship building.
  • Job openings, skill requirements, and company cultures understanding.
  • Outreach, interviews, negotiations, and follow-ups management.
  • Niche and business pipeline development.

Training & Support

You don't need previous experience; our training is core to your success. From day one, you'll receive an intensive training course covering our process, tools, and strategies, ongoing one-on-one mentorship and skill development, and daily support from our Tech, Help Desk, Marketing, and Training teams.

Whether you're new to recruitment or pivoting from another field, we'll give you the foundation to grow. You'll operate remotely, but never alone.

Compensation & Career Growth

We offer a performance-based compensation plan designed to reward your success without financial risk:

  • A $15,000 MXN monthly advance to support you as you ramp up.
  • High earning potential commissions (50% of our recruiters earn six figures (USD) annually)
  • Additional earnings from referring future recruiters through our Channel Partner Program.

gpac Consulting is incorporated under Mexican law, which means you'll receive all Mexican employment benefits and more, such as:

  • IMSS

  • 30-day holiday bonus (Aguinaldo)
