Arrow Components is hiring a React Lead Developer to steer the design and delivery of high-performance web experiences built on React, Next.js, and AEM Headless. You will drive frontend strategy, content modeling, and integration patterns for scalable, SEO-friendly experiences.

You will define architectures, optimize SSR/SSG, build reusable UI components with Material UI, and mentor developers while collaborating with backend teams to ensure robust data fetching and testing practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of front-end development experience, with 8+ years in React.
• Advanced TypeScript skills focusing on type safety and best practices.
• Strong experience with Material UI for accessible UIs.
• Solid Node.js and library packaging experience.
• Hands-on with Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Deep understanding of Webpack, performance optimizations and tree shaking.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Recoil for state management.
• Experience with SSR, SSG, and edge rendering strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end architecture using AEM Headless and React/Next.js.
• Architect SSR/SSG/edge rendering for SEO and performance.
• Design content models and governance for omnichannel reuse.
• Develop and optimize React components for reuse and performance.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and data fetching.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
