Flex-N-Gate Llc. is seeking a meticulous and experienced Remote Quality Control Engineer to join its growing manufacturing team.

This fully remote role focuses on developing and overseeing quality control procedures across the manufacturing process, collaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers to meet stringent specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality control within manufacturing, strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Min 5 years in quality control/QA in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience with SPC and quality tools.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Monitor production processes for quality adherence.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Oversee testing and inspection remotely and on-site coordination.
• Collaborate virtually with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Maintain detailed quality records and documentation.
• Prepare quality reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Train on-site personnel in quality procedures.
• Participate in audits of quality systems.
