BairesDev seeks a Senior Linux & Python Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain robust infrastructure for enterprise environments. You will drive automation, reliability, and security across deployments while collaborating with a global, 100% remote team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Linux/DevOps, strong Python or Bash scripting, and solid networking and monitoring skills. English proficiency is required, with flexible remote work and competitive USD/local currency compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Linux Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for system automation.
• Solid experience with networking, process troubleshooting, and configuration management.
• Proven expertise in system monitoring and security hardening.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Automate routine administrative tasks and system deployments using scripting languages.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise operating system environments to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot complex network, process, and system-level performance issues.
• Implement security hardening policies and proactive monitoring solutions to protect critical infrastructure.
• Manage system configurations and streamline deployment pipelines across environments.
