Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code and scoring model responses. You will also craft precise CS prompts. A Bachelor’s degree in CS and strong English communication are expected.

Prior software engineering experience in production codebases is ideal. This is a freelance, 1099 role open to many countries, including Mexico. Work from anywhere, anytime with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
