Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an insurance consultant or agent focusing on property and casualty.
• Strong knowledge of home, auto, and commercial property insurance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for remote interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• Valid insurance license required.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' P&C insurance needs and risks.
• Advise on suitable policies, deductibles, and premiums.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals.
• Manage client relationships and act as main contact for inquiries.
• Assist with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Generate leads through networks and proactive outreach remotely.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for P&C policies.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure retention.
