Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery by collaborating with clinical teams and the Project Leader. The role focuses on risk and cost control, schedule management, and quality in order to bring new drugs to market faster.

Essential duties include dashboards, milestone coordination, risk management, and maintaining project documentation, with emphasis on data accuracy and timely reporting. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Life sciences or related field.
• Typically requires +2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory; consulting background is useful.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and analyze event triggers/alerts for action.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of milestones with the Project Leader.
• Coordinate and support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage all aspects of project finances including EAC, monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Demonstrate compliance with Vendor and PO management processes.
• Ensure timely project data for cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, and quality.
• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal and customer meetings.
