Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Analyst III (Remote, Mexico) to serve as a financial analyst for business unit controllers and finance leaders.

You will prepare, reconcile, analyze and report revenue, contracts, and related metrics for assigned projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year / BA/BS degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Experience in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Oracle Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, reconcile, analyze and report BU revenue, contracts, projects and metrics.
• Load project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard and maintain data accuracy.
• Draft monthly variance analysis and forecast backlog.
• Monitor project health: revenue, gross profit, receivables and unbilled amounts.
