Job summary

ICIMS is seeking a Product Manager for the HVH platform, a conversational AI for high-volume hiring. You own end-to-end delivery and collaborate closely with Engineering and the Technical Lead to ensure technically sound implementations aligned with business goals.

You will engage with HVH customers and internal teams to define requirements, manage the product backlog, and drive data-driven decisions while maintaining a strong focus on privacy and platform health.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing conversational AI, chatbot, or automated workflow products is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple features and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the HVH product roadmap and end-to-end feature delivery cycle.
• Bridge product vision and engineering execution with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PS, and GTM to ensure alignment and successful launches.
• Define success metrics and monitor KPIs for features and releases, driving continuous improvement.
