Job summary

ICIMS is seeking a Product Manager for the High Volume Hiring (HVH) platform. You will own the end‑to‑end product delivery, bridging product strategy with engineering execution in a fast‑moving AI context.

You’ll influence API design, integration scope, and conversational logic while aligning with business goals and customer needs. The role requires strong collaboration with Engineering, PS, and GTM, plus exceptional English communication and a track record in product management within AI or

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work as a product‑engineering bridge: read API docs, review technical specs, understand integration flows without coding.
• Experience building or managing conversational AI, chatbot, or automated workflow products.
• Familiarity with high‑volume hiring, frontline recruitment, or workforce management products is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature delivery for HVH scope, from requirements to release and post‑launch validation.
• Bridge product vision and engineering execution, translating business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead and Engineering on priorities, edge cases, and integration behavior.
• Maintain understanding of HVH architecture, data flows, and platform constraints for credible technical discussions.
• Maintain and refine the backlog, support prioritization decisions with business context.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery and avoid duplication.
