Job summary

ICIMS is seeking a Product Manager for HVH to own end‑to‑end product delivery in a high‑volume recruiting platform built on AI. You will collaborate with Engineering and the Technical Lead to define requirements, guide technical decisions, and ensure features are both feasible and outcomes‑oriented.

The role requires bridging product strategy with engineering reality, surfacing insights from HVH customers, and driving a measurable impact across product, services, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to bridge product and engineering; read API docs and write meaningful user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience building or managing conversational AI, chatbot, or automated workflow products.
• Familiarity with high‑volume hiring, frontline recruitment, or workforce management products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in an agile environment; define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable working with data to evaluate product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple features and workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with conversational AI products or LLM‑based features is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of Privacy by Design guidelines and ability to flag privacy risks.
• Competitive awareness of HVH and conversational AI landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the HVH product roadmap, aligned with company goals and HVH customer needs in high‑volume frontline recruitment contexts.
• Lead discovery efforts spanning product and engineering — API design reviews, integration scoping, and conversational flow architecture.
• Contribute to Voice of the Customer efforts by maintaining exposure to HVH customers and frontline hiring contexts.
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term platform health.
• Translate business requirements into clear, technically grounded user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and Engineering on priorities, edge cases, and integration behavior.
• Maintain understanding of HVH architecture, data flows, and platform constraints for credible technical discussions.
• Ensure feature releases are documented with handoff materials for Professional Services.
