Zipdev is seeking a Product Data Specialist to join the Merchandising team. The role focuses on turning raw manufacturer data into polished, catalog-ready content and maintaining accurate product listings.

You will work with AI workflows, basic HTML, and Trello for catalog management, while collaborating with manufacturers to verify information. We value detail orientation, rapid learning, and strong writing skills.

Formación

• Attention to detail with data accuracy and catalog consistency.
• Experience in merchandising, product data, or e-commerce workflows.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• Experience communicating with manufacturers or vendors to obtain product information.
• Excel proficiency with formulas and functions.
• Familiarity with HTML and basic web content workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Learn product lines and extract features, materials, specs, and uses.
• Collect, review, organize, and standardize product information from manufacturers.
• Verify information with manufacturers to resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
• Transform data into accurate, catalog-ready content for internal systems.
• Use Claude and AI workflows to prepare product information for systems.
• Publish products to live systems and maintain consistency across catalogs.
