Crypto Pro Network is seeking a Digital & Privacy Associate Counsel to execute AI and privacy compliance programs across multiple Latin American markets. This role requires a law degree and 2–3 years of experience in relevant fields.

You will support data protection compliance, draft agreements, and work closely with various teams. Remote-first work environment and benefits include unlimited paid time off and premium health insurance.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, or regulatory affairs.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, able to communicate complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support Bitso's global AI and privacy compliance programme.
• Implement privacy tools and respond to data subject rights requests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements.
