Job summary

Sourceability is seeking a dynamic PPV Coordinator to join our Global Purchasing Team. This role offers hybrid or remote work across Mexico or the United States and focuses on identifying cost-saving opportunities from customer BOMs, RFQs, and sourcing insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain to drive profitability and customer value. You will monitor market trends, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement and supply chain experience in a global environment.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong BOM analysis and component identification capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to analyze large datasets for trends, risks and savings.
• Understanding of pricing strategies and profitability drivers.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and procurement SOPs.
• Proven relationship-building skills across stakeholders.
• Commitment to operational excellence and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer BOMs, RFQs, and component lists to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prioritize opportunities by savings potential and market conditions.
• Align analysis with customer quoting and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends and supply-demand dynamics.
• Identify supply chain gaps and potential interruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Buyers, Procurement, and Supply Chain leadership to resolve challenges.
• Develop and implement new sourcing and quoting strategies with PPV team and leadership.
• Prepare customer quotations aligning with expectations and profitability.
• Maintain Automated Quote Strategy Files with sales input.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and drive process improvements.
• Stay current on semiconductor industry trends and best practices.
• Lead by example and foster accountability and teamwork.
