Job summary

OP Mobility in León, Mexico seeks a Project Buyer to manage purchasing for development programs, aligning with regional and global strategies. You will lead sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2–5 years of purchasing experience, and professional English. CPM is a plus. You will drive cost reductions and maintain supplier relationships across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of purchasing or program purchasing experience preferred.
• Professional English required.
• CPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local teams as Lead Buyer for regional/global development programs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Lead sourcing activities for BOM components.
• Prepare, issue, and analyze RFQs and issue purchase orders.
• Resolve production, design, quality, or delivery issues.
