Crimson Education is seeking an Operations Lead, Test Prep, to serve as the operational backbone for standardized test prep programs across global markets. You will own delivery decisions, tutor management, bootcamp setup, and program health reporting, reporting to the Director of Standardized Test Prep.

Remote work with weekend availability is required. You will manage attendance, progress tracking, and communications with students and families, while ensuring high-quality delivery and scalable

Formación

• What You’ll Need: 3–5+ years in operations, program coordination, or execution-heavy roles.
• Follow-through: track, document, flag, and resolve issues systematically.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows with high volume of clients, staff and stakeholders.
• Fluency with operational data and accurate reporting.
• Strong written communication across internal teams, tutors, and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Student Progress: track attendance, homework, tests, tutoring hours, and score improvements.
• Intervene for at-risk students and communicate with families when needed.
• Own tutor hiring, onboarding, and performance management end-to-end.
• Bootcamp and program ops: setup, enrollment, delivery, scheduling, and communications.
• Operational systems: maintain trackers and reporting to director-level standards.
