Scale Up Recruiting Partners is partnering with a U.S.-based cybersecurity startup to hire a Senior GRC Consultant. The role focuses on leading audit readiness, developing compliance programs, and managing risk across multiple client engagements.

As a senior, client-facing professional, you will own engagements end-to-end—from scoping and evidence collection to remediation guidance and audit support—while collaborating with executives and external auditors in a fully remote setup for LATAM time

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on GRC, compliance, or security audit experience.
• Experience in consulting or professional services managing multiple engagements.
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 Type I/II and ISO 27001/27002 is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, privacy regulations readiness.
• Own GRC platforms and ensure continuous evidence maintenance.
• Perform risk assessments using frameworks like NIST 800-30.
• Design and implement complete GRC programs including policies and controls.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit-ready findings.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and manage vendor security questionnaires.
• Engage with client leadership and manage expectations throughout engagements.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables like risk registers and control matrices.
